1. Once I checkout my items, when will I expect them?

We will dispatch your goods within 2 working days after receiving the payment for your order provided the item ordered are in stock. If under rare occassions where we do not have the items in stock, we will e-mail you pertaining to the shortage. You can opt to wait for stock to arrive, get a refund or a replacement for the same amount.

2. When is the expected arrival time for my parcel?

We will use Malaysian Postal service for our dispatch of goods. For different continents, below are the estimated delivery time.

3. What is the shipping charges?

The total shipping charges will be calculated when you check-out your total items.

4. What if I need my parcel urgently? Can I opt for a faster delivery service of my choice?

If you have your prefered choice of delivery company, do email us on the order. Do note that with that option, shipping charges will be much higher.

5. I didn’t receive my parcel after the estimated arrival period. Help!

Do write to us and we will provide you with the tracking no. of the parcel. This way you can contact your local post office for more information. Parcels may be held at collection centers if you are not reachable. We will also help you to track your goods from our post office here.
